Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwiftEnroll's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

SwiftEnroll LLC provides software that schools and after-school, enrichment and other activity providers (each a "Program") use to run registration and take payment. When you register with a Program through the Services, your agreement for the activity itself, including its price, schedule, policies and refunds, is with that Program, not with SwiftEnroll. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

You pay the Program. The Program you register with is the seller and the merchant of record for every payment you make to it through the Services; the charges are made by the Program, not by SwiftEnroll. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on the Program's own Stripe account. SwiftEnroll does not hold your payment: Stripe pays it to the Program, and the Program pays SwiftEnroll a platform fee out of it. SwiftEnroll does not add its own fees to the price you are charged.

Saved payment methods. When you save a card, you authorize the Program to charge it, including later when you are not present, as described in the authorization shown just above the button you use to save it. In short, that covers classes and passes you sign up for or accept, any part of an agreed price billed after enrollment, and fees set out in the Program's policies. The Program sends receipts by email. You can remove a saved card at any time under Payment methods, which stops future charges to it. If it is your only card, removing it also withdraws sign-ups you have not paid for yet. It does not cancel fees you already owe.

Questions about a charge. Contact the Program first, using the contact details on its website or on your receipt. Contacting the Program is usually the fastest way to resolve a charge you do not recognize or agree with.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Each Program sets its own cancellation, withdrawal and refund policies, and decides and issues any refund. SwiftEnroll does not control those policies. Please review the policies of the Program you are registering with before you pay.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided through the Services are owned by SwiftEnroll LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SwiftEnroll provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftEnroll disclaims all liability for any damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftEnroll LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
